Cleanse the skin thoroughly to prepare it for the massage.
Apply Floral Essence and your favourite oil.
Work the oils into the skin with the Gua Sha stone. Make sure that the skin is not dry so that the stone does not pull on it. Also massage the temples and neck with it - this helps to relieve headaches and tension.

The stone should always be used on oiled skin to avoid excessive friction and to create a pleasant massage effect.
Forehead relaxation: stroke from the center of the forehead outwards towards the ears.
Puffy eyes: using the smaller side, gently stroke over the eyelids and under the eyes, moving outwards to the ears.
Cheekbones: use the larger side to stroke from the area around the upper and lower lips towards the ears. Then, glide from the tip of the chin along the jawline to the ears.
Jaw & neck: Strock from the lower jaw, over the ceeks, up to the upper jaw. Then repeat the motion from underneath the jaw, gliding down the neck towards the collarbone.
