Refund
Should you wish to return a product, you may do so within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, without having opened the package. You will also need the receipt and return form.

Non-defective products
- Product Replacement
In the event that you wish to replace a non-defective product, you will incur the following costs:
- Return costs €2.90
- Shipping costs of the new parcel: €2.90 if the difference between the values of the returned and the new products is below €49 / free if the difference is equal to €49 or more.
- Refund
In case you want a refund, you will be charged with return costs of €2.90, which will be deducted from the value of the product or products you returned.
Your refund will be made οn your debit / credit card.
The refund will be made within 30 working days from the moment we receive the products you are returning.
In the event of a defect during return, we cannot issue a refund. Carefully pack the product in the packaging it was sent in to avoid damage during transport.
Defective products
In the event of any defect in your product or products, or in the event of a wrong product, you must notify us on the day of receiving them so that we can replace it without incurring any additional charges.
